台灣管理學術單位在組織與管理領域之國際學術期刊上發表狀況研究

A Study on the International Journal Publications in Organization and Management Disciplines by Management Institutes in Taiwan

摘要

近年來，國內學術界愈來愈重視國際期刊論文之發表情況。本文之研究目的即是調查並分析，1998~2002年間，國內學者在組織與管理類國際優良期刊發表的篇數，以及國內各大學院校累積發表的篇數。研究成果發現，1998~2002各年度，國內管理學術單位學者在國際期刊上發表的篇數，每年約為10篇～15篇，除了2000年較其他年度為低以外，近五年來呈現微幅上升的趨勢。而在考量共同作者後所計算之點數，各管理學術單位發表成果之主要排名依次是：中央大學、交通大學、政治大學和清華大學、靜宜大學、中興大學、以及台灣大學等等。

Recently, Taiwanese scholars have been paying greater attention to publication in leading international journals. The purpose of this paper then is to examine journal publication outcomes of Taiwanese scholars and institutes in organization and management during 1998-2002. The results show that Taiwan's management or business schools as a whole produce about 10-15 papers per year during the period studied, with the exception of the year 2000. It also observed a slightly uprising trend in institutional research productivity. By calculating each journal article author's contributions proportionally, the study also shows that publication activity in organization and management is best performed by National Central University, followed by National Chiao Tung University, National Cheng Chi University & National Tsing Hua University, Providence University, National Chung Hsing University, and National Taiwan University and so on.
