台北市立體育學院職前教師學習策略與學習適應之研究

The Learning Strategy and Adjustment of Preservice Teachers in Taipei Physical Education College

摘要


本研究在瞭解職前教師的學習策略,並探討其學習適應問題與因應之道。 以台北市立體育院修習國民小學及中等學校特殊教育學程之學生以及任課教師為研究對象,利用問卷調查法及訪談法蒐集資料。實施「大學生學習與讀書策略量表」,有效樣本為220名,資料分析採敘述統計及皮爾遜積差相關;與14名職前教師進行焦點團體訪談以及9位教師進行個別訪談,將所得資料加以編碼與歸類。本研究之主要結論為: 一、職前教師學習策略以「解決學習困難策略」的表現最好,「時間管理」和「專心」表現較差。 二、與學業成績有較高相關的學習策略是「態度」、「動機」、「時間管理」、「專心」與「解決學習困難策略」。 三、職前教師的學習困擾包括課業負擔過重、校園讀書風氣不盛、師生之間的認知差距與生涯發展資訊不足等。造成學習困擾的主要因素為被動與未能有效的時間管理。 四、增進職前教師學習適應的教學輔導措施包括:加強生涯輔導、提升國語文及數學基本能力、學生自組學習性社團、調整教學與評量方式、辦理學習輔導講座或研習以及調整學習環境等。

This research is to understand the learning strategies and to analyze the learning adjustment process of the preservice teachers. The data used in this paper were collected via both questionnaires and interviews among the students and teachers in the teacher education program at Taipei Physical Education College which is about elementary schools and special education in secondary schools. There are 220 valid samples taking Learning and Study Strategies Inventory. The sample data were collected and analyzed by descriptive statistics and Person product-moment correlation; focus group interview was conducted with 14 preservice teachers, and individual interview was also carried out with 9 teachers. All data were collected, coded and categorized as following items. The main conclusions of this research are: 1. The best strategy used by preservice teacher is ”Strategies to Resolve Learning Difficulties”. The strategies of ”Time Management” and ”Concentration” are relatively not as effective. 2. The learning strategies, which are highly related to academic performance, are: ”Attitude”, ”Motivation”, ”Time Management” and ”Strategies to Resolve Learning Difficulties”. 3. The main learning difficulties of preservice teachers include: heavy academic loading, the lack of suitable studying atmosphere, the perception gap between teachers and students, lack of career development information. The main causes of learning difficulties are passiveness and inappropriate time management. 4. The ways to improve learning adjustment used by preservice teachers are: provide more career planning consultation, increase the ability of Chinese and math; organize the studying club by themselves; adjust teaching and evaluating approaches; provide learning consultation seminars and improve the learning environment.
