This experiment is to analyze the effects of rubbers and glue after the diameter of table tennis ball changing from 38mm to 40mm in order to find the most suitable racket for table tennis plays. By angular Method, Measurement Method, Free-Fall Method and Collision. After treating the data and discussion, the conclusions were obtained. 1' In different dimension of the ball (38mm and 40mm) to hit the rubbers (in the static), dimension of 38mm ball rebounds higher than 40mm ball. 2' Under the same size of rubbers, the Coefficient of Restitution will be changed followed the variance of rubbers thickness as well as the stiffness of sponge. 3' In the aspect of the elasticity, glue of Speed better than glue of Normal, but the further investigation will be needed on the subject of spinning ball.
