空手道選手攻擊動作型態分析－以2006年世界大學空手道錦標賽男子輕量級選手為例

摘要

本研究目的為探討2006年世界大學空手道錦標賽對打選手之主動單一攻擊、被動單一攻擊、主動連續攻擊及被動連續攻擊的得分內容。利用影帶系統觀察法加以觀察紀錄，將紀錄整理後的資料進行描述性統計分析及卡方檢定比較差異。研究結果發現：一、主動單一攻擊佔41.11%為最高，顯示出有效的主動一擊，為大多選手所使用的攻擊形態。二、主動攻擊的攻擊型態中，所使用的攻擊動作種類較多，且成功率及得分率都較高。三、所有攻擊動作以逆擊的攻擊率42.51%（397次）為使用最高，得分率59.09%及成功率16.37%也都佔最高，顯示出逆擊在比賽中的重要性。根據本研究的結論，提出下列幾項建議：提升選手主動攻擊之慾望；「逆擊」攻擊動作的戰術運用多元化；利用影片資料蒐集輔以電腦統計分析，建立簡捷有效的分析系統及選手資料庫。

The purpose of this study was to explore the contents of karate players’ attack styles which were including initiative attacks, passive attacks, a single attack and continuous attacks. The sample of this survey research form 2006 FISU 5th World University Karate Championships male lightweight kumite athletes. To analyze and quantize their attacking styles by watching video. The results showed: 1) Initiative single style attacks accounted for 41.11% of the maximum, showing that most of the players used an effective initiative attack. 2) There were more categories of offensive moves, higher success rate and scoring rate in the initiative attack style. 3) Among all the attacking movement, Gyaku-tsuki was the highest one in attacking rate, scoring rate and successing rate. It showed the importance of Gyaku-tsuki in competition. According to the conclusions of this study, the following suggest: To enhance player's desire to take the initiative attack. To diversify the flexibility of tactics in ”Gyaku-tsuki” and advance the low rate of attacking and scoring in attack moves. Using the statistical analysis to collect information by computer and establish an effective analysis system and players database.
