健康教育對肝癌執行栓塞術病患焦慮與自覺症狀嚴重度成效之探討

摘要


目的:探討健康教育對接受經導管動脈化學栓塞術(簡驕栓塞術)之肝癌病患的焦慮程度及自覺症狀嚴重度的影響。方法:採類實驗法,以立意取樣選取50位接受栓塞術之肝癌病患,分派至控制組及實驗組各25人,兩組皆給予栓塞術之病房護理常規,唯實驗組給予有關栓塞術治療相關衛教,並輔以衛教手冊說明。結果:1.肝癌病患接受栓塞術治療前之焦慮程度為輕至中度;2.衛教能有效降低接受栓塞術治療之肝癌患者的焦慮程度;3.衛教對接受栓塞術治療之肝癌病患的症狀嚴重度沒有影響。

Purpose: To explore the effect of education on anxiety and symptom severity of liver cancer patients with transcathetheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE). Method: Quasi-experimental designed was adopted and 50 patients were consecutively assigned to experimental group (n=25) and control group (n=25). Only the experimental group received educational intervention, whereas control group received routine care. The results indicated as follows (1) the degree of anxiety of participants was mild to moderate before receiving TACE; (2) the degree of anxiety decreased alter educational intervention; (3) the symptom servity was not affected by educational intervention.
