莊子的「生死觀」對護理人員的啟示
Inspiration for Nursing Staff from Zhuangzi's View of ＂Life and Death＂

Clinical nursing practice involves facing patients' diseases and/or death each day, and the values and beliefs of nursing personnel affect the nursing quality. Chinese Philosophy emphasizes greatly on the meanings of life and the ways to practice. Views of Zhuangzi sepecifically focus on human life problems, which is also the core of his philosophy; views of his offer the nursing staff very different ways of seeing things when facing patients.
