This paper discusses the practical experience of life-and-death education teachings in Macau. It provides suggested teaching methods targeting people of different ages and professional backgrounds in different settings, including: ① Education targeting children and adolescents should focus on exploring the value of life and establishing a positive view toward life-and-death; ② Education targeting the elderly should focus on discussing their wills without regret; ③Education targeting health care professionals should focus on reviewing their value of life and accepting the limitations of medical treatment. The education programs on life and death aim to elevate the consciousness of of the public on life and death, which requires the joint input of individuals, society and policies.
