金奈米粒子之製備與特性研究及其在生物醫學應用之探討

Preparation, Characterizaion and Biomedical Applications of Gold Nanoparticles

摘要


由於奈米科技多元急遽的發展,加速奈米材料於生醫領域之應用,並有效提升奈米醫學在診斷、治療及疾病預防之研發及成效。本文以文獻回顧方式,探討金奈米粒子材料之製備、特性研究及其在生物醫學之應用與展望。內容主要概述下列幾個部份,包含:一、未修飾金奈米粒子材料之合成及發展。二、高分子界面活性劑種類、披覆方式及其生物相容相關優點。三、金奈米材料於奈米尺度下,呈現特殊之光、電、磁、熱、力學及生理與生化等特性。四、金奈米粒子之分析量測及其影響品質因素。五、現階段金奈米粒子在生物醫學方面的應用與展望。金奈米粒子具有特殊性質,如粒徑小、高穩定性、表面電漿光學特性及高生物相容性等,於表面披覆環糊精高分子界面活性劑時更賦予金奈米粒子的生物利用度。目前,金奈米粒子的研究涵蓋包含生物晶片、生物感測、免疫分析、標靶藥劑、藥物傳輸載體、光動力療法、x光電腦斷層影像顯影劑等。而金奈米粒子於輻射增敏劑的應用方面更一直廣為討論,合併放射線治療將能提升治療的成效,有效改善單獨使用化學治療與放射治療傷害到正常細胞組織的情形。

The diversified development of nanoscience and technology accelerates the applications of nanomaterials for biomedicine and promotes the research and development of nanomedicine in diagnosis, treatment and disease-preventing.The aims of this work is to focused on the preparation and characterization of gold nanoparticles and its applications in the field of biomedicine. The contents of this review were mainly emphasized on some parts as follows: 1.The synthesis of unconjuated gold nanoparticles. 2. Introducing the related advantages of different kinds of surfactants. 3. Specific properties of gold nanomaterials in nano-scale are described such as optical, magnetism, physiology, biochemistry, etc. 4. How to detect the quantity and quality of gold nanoparticles. 5. Gold nanoparticles for biomedicine: applications and perspective .Gold nanoparticles have unique properties, such as size- and shape-dependent optical, strong stability and high biocompatibility. The surface can be readily modified with high polymer surfactant, which exhibit most biological exploitability. In recently, most investigations have demonstrated that gold nanoparticles can be used as the bio-chips, bio-sensing, the immunity analysis, the targeted drug, drug delivery carriers, photodynamic therapy, CT contrast agent, and so on. Moreover, in order to increase the cancer treatment effectively and improve the injuries to normal tissue when using chemotherapy and the radiotherapy alone. It was also evaluated to served as the radiosensitizer combining gold nanoparticles with radiotherapy.
