全國館際合作系統績效衡量與使用者分析之研究

摘要


適逢我國「全國館際合作系統」建置與使用滿三年,其系統功能與使用者使用型態日趨穩定。此時利用系統所紀錄之數據,分析與探討此系統執行績效與使用者使用型態成為重要研究課題。本研究發現,此系統執行之績效,無論在申請件之成本、總件數、退件率與處理時間等衡量指標上,均逐年改善與進步。另外,參與館際合作之單位間,其申請件數、申請對象或讀者使用的傳遞方式等事件,均有值得探討的現象與型態。本研究結果值得未來該系統改版或功能改善之參考。

It has been three years since the Interlibrary Loan System in Taiwan was set up and began to operate, the functionality of the system and user status are getting more steady. Breaking down the system transaction logs and statistics, it is crucial to analyze and measure or evaluate the system performance as well as the system usage and user's behavior. This study finds the performance of operation cost, application quantity, turnaround time and fill rate have been improved year by year. What's more, there are several phenornena about the quantity, applicants of ILL and types of document delivery which have emerged among the cooperated libraries. All these facts are worthy of reference for the system improvement in the future.
