摘要

知識經濟時代的核心是知識創新與速度，因而如何快速取得與知識創新有關的關鍵知識及技術變得十分重要。本文敘述由資訊組織到知識組織的轉變，並說明資訊組織由文獻單元進展到以知識單元為主體的突破，簡介各種知識加工技術，及如何有效運用這些知識組成工具，進一步提升資訊服務的品質。
