摘要

本文以實務論點闡述影音資源對大學圖書館服務的重要性與必然性，並說明進行各項視聽服務影音資源徵集時的程序、方法與應注意事項，尤其合法影音授權問題。此外亦提出相關建議，期望大學圖書館能持續徵集利於師生教學、研究、自學與可涵養身心的各項影音資源，以不斷提升視聽服務品質。

The article clarifies the importance and necessity of the audiovisual resources of academic library services. It describes the procedures, methods, and considerations of the acquisitions, particularly Copyright issues. In addition, some suggestions and expectations for collecting audiovisual resources conducive to teaching, researching, self-study, and relaxing are presented to continuously improve the quality of audiovisual services.
