Abstracts

民國88年4月，在北部地區之一個香魚養殖場發生香魚之下顎畸形症。發病率為30%（發病數大約為3000/90000），只有少數魚死亡。其病變和下顎骨畸形有關。這種畸形在香魚尚未有報告，至於病因則在探討中。

Parallel abstracts

In April of 1999, jaw deformity occurred in an ayu farm in Nothern Taiwan. The incidence rate was about 30 percent (approximately 9,000 out of 30,000 fish). Only a few fish died. The deformity was associated with the tooth-bearing dentary bone. The possible etiologies are discussed.
