中國大陸台商電子業勞動生產力的空間分析：以台商1000大資料庫為例

摘要

台商持續設廠中國，兩岸之間的關係始終呈現著變化多端的局面，究其緣由不外乎為企業為尋求更佳投資機會，考量能否在當地運用具優勢的省市提昇績效，因此，討論台商電子業平均勞動生產力在各省市間的分佈情況及是否存在空間聚集現象將成為本文研究方向。本研究取得2004年～2007年台商電子業資料，先以Geoda軟體做全域型空間自我相關測試，再以區域型探討LISA空間分佈圖。然後進階運用ClusterSeer軟體中的Getis-Ord Local G區域型檢定法，以探討平均勞動生產力分佈於各省市間的空間相依關係。實證結果發現勞動生產力大多分佈於東部沿海地區，尤以Local G的省市聚集點較LISA分佈高。

This study analyzed the impact of the regional factors in China on the labor productivity of Taiwanese businesses in Mainland China, and analyzed whether the Taiwanese businesses' electronics industries in China will be affected by other municipals, whether there is a spatial clustering.
According to 2004-2007 annual report of the ”TOP 1,000 Taiwanese Enterprises in China” planed by the Commercial Times and conducted by China Credit Information Service (CCIS), and the data from the book ”TOP 1,000 Taiwanese Enterprises in China” co-published by Polaris Securities (Hong Kong) Limited. This research collected the labor productivity of Taiwanese businesses as the explained variables, and the data of 22 overall economic and social variables are used as explanatory variable.
In addition, with the use of spatial autocorrelation analysis (Moran's I), then using software Geoda to analyze the analysis results of local spatial autocorrelation and its built-in LISA may acquire the aggregation, and further use ClusterSeer software to help deal with Getis-Ord Local G Statistic analysis. This study will further discuss the distribution of relative variables such as the impact of Taiwanese Enterprises' average labor productivity in each province, to find out whether they caused phenomenon of spatial cluster and the degree of spatial dependence. The empirical results were found that labor productivity is mostly located in eastern coastal areas.
