提升護理人員執行副甲狀腺素注射技術之正確率

Improved Accuracy of Teriparatide Injection Performed by Nursing Staff

摘要

本專案目的在提升護理人員執行副甲狀腺素注射技術之正確率。經由現況分析發現護理人員執行副甲狀腺素注射技術之正確率僅66.88%，其原因包括護理人員對副甲狀腺素注射技術之平均認知得分低僅68.75分、僅37.5%人員接受過相關在職教育訓練、62.50%人員具實際注射經驗。專案小組安排教育訓練來提昇護理人員的認知、建構技術評核標準並以模擬操作來提升注射技術之正確性，同時列入護理品質定期監控的項目，透過持續性品質改善的過程來增加專業的技能。結果發現護理人員執行副甲狀腺素注射技術之認知由68.75分提升至92.50分、副甲狀腺素注射技術之正確率由改善前66.88%提升至89.69%。顯示藉由本專案的推動，不但提昇護理人員副甲狀腺素的認知與注射技術操作的正確率，同時提昇病患的用藥安全。

The purpose of this project was to improve the accuracy of the teriparatide injection performed by the nursing staff. Before administration of this program, the rate of teriparatide injection was 66.88% and staff cognition of the procedure only 68.75. Only 37.5% of staff underwent the training and 62.5% actually have injection experience. A special committee arranged the training to provide nursing staff with improved skill levels to upgrade the accuracy of the teriparatide injection procedure by simulation and improved monitoring and timeliness of quality nursing. After the cognition training of the nursing staff, performance increased from 68.75 to 92.5 points and accuracy of the teriparatide injection skill improved from 66.88% to 89.69%. By promoting the project, the accuracy and cognition of the procedure has improved nursing staff skill levels and patient safety.
