周產期護理指導與資訊運用的趨勢

Prenatal Education and the Trend of Nursing Informatics Application

摘要


周產期護理指導是產科護理專業的重心,它是產科護理人員應具備的重要能力。隨著資訊時代來臨,孕產婦學習型態與過去不同。本文由三個面向來探討孕產護理指導的議題,包括(1)現行周產期護理指導的困境;(2)由網路使用成長率看孕、產婦資訊運用現況;(3)走向孕、產課程網路化應考量的關鍵議題。藉由省思現今周產期課程的限制與分析全球網路發展的趨勢,提出周產期網路課程的建置是符合當代孕、產婦需求的策略,同時進一步討論課程網路化的關鍵議題。

Prenatal education is a critical portion of obstetric nursing. Teaching skills of prenatal education is a required competence for obstetrical nurses. Expected mothers' learning behaviors have been different from the past in the Information Age. Three dimensions of prenatal education are discussed in this article including: (1) the current challenges for prenatal education; (2) the Internet usage growth and the expectant mothers' online searching behaviors; and (3) the important considerations of prenatal education websites. Thinking of the limitations of classroom-styled prenatal education and looking at the trend of globe Internet development, prenatal education website(s) might be an information delivery way meeting expectant mothers' need. Important website design issues for expectant mothers are discussed in this article.
