背景:藉由改善輸血流程,找出延長輸血病人作業時間之影響因素。目的:縮短病人輸血等候時間,提高照護品質及滿意度。方法:經由現況分析確認問題後,透過專案執行改善措施為:1.檢驗部將檢體進行編碼,建置檢體追蹤定位系統;2.資訊系統增設血庫領血通知訊息跳單通知注射室同仁;3.彈性調整護理人力;4.增加氣送筒設備數量。結果:專案執行後,病人等候輸血時間從93.5分鐘減少至45分鐘,等候輸血時間滿意度從27%提升至94%,達本專案提升服務品質之目的。結論:本專案之推動為院內跨單位跨團隊合作,除了本單位護理人員外尚有血庫、檢驗部、資訊室共同參與;使病人等待輸血注射時間縮短,增加床位使用率,增加醫院營收,得到病人與家屬讚許之回應。
Background: The project is expected to reduce patient's waiting time of blood transfusion. Purpose: To improve the patient care quality and satisfaction rate through identifying factors that shorten the processing time of blood transfusion and improving the blood transfusion process. Methods: Analysis indicated that the problem could be solved by 1) The laboratory establishing a system to code and trace blood samples; 2) Adding a function to the information system to generate notifications to inform injection room staff re receival of blood bags; 3) Flexibly adjusting the nursing workforce; and 4) Increasing the number of pneumatic tube carriers. Results: Patient waiting time for blood transfusion was reduced from 93.5 minutes to 45 minutes and the satisfaction rate of blood transfusion waiting time improved from 27% to 94%. The goal of this project to increase the quality of service was achieved. Conclusion: Promotion of this project is via teamwork across various departments in the hospital. Participants include nursing staff from besides our department, and blood bank, laboratory and information department staff. It reduced patient waiting time for blood transfusion, increased bed usage rate turnover, increased hospital revenue, and received a positive response from patients and their family.
