摘要

本文描述一位因性行為導致黃體囊腫破裂病人之急診照護經驗，護理期間為2017/4/13～4/14，運用Gordon十一項功能性健康型態評估為主軸，確認護理問題為：體液容積缺失／與黃體囊腫破裂併腹內出血有關、急性疼痛／與黃體囊腫破裂出血壓迫腹腔有關、焦慮／與不瞭解黃體囊腫破裂的原因有關，透過完整的護理計畫改善個案體液容積缺失及急性疼痛問題，加上運用多媒體護理指導，提供「性知識」相關資訊，有效緩解個案焦慮且個案於門診追蹤亦恢復良好。單位藉由設計「性隱私」方面的調查表，以利資料收集完整性，並於單位在職教育中分享此個案報告，以增強急診護理人員照護此類個案的認知及敏感度，提升急診護理品質，共同為病人安全把關，為護理盡一份心。

This article concerns an emergency nursing experience of a patient with rupture of corpus luteum resulting from sexual intercourse. The care session was from the 13th to the 14th of April, 2017. Gordon's 11 functional health patterns were used for a general evaluation and the issues involved for the case included loss of fluid balance related to the rupture of ovarian corpus luteum cyst with bleeding, acute pain related to the rupture of ovarian corpus luteum cyst leading to peritoneal cavity compression, and anxiety related to the lack of disease knowledge and prevention. A complete nursing plan improved the loss of fluid balance issue and the problem of acute pain. With multimedia nursing guidance, teaching sexual knowledge eased the patient's anxiety and the patient improved with continued treatment at the outpatient clinic. The unit designed a ＂sex privacy＂ questionnaire to facilitate the completeness of data collection and integrity, and shared this case report in the unit’s on-the-job education meeting to enhance the knowledge, awareness and sensitivity of emergency nurses in caring for such cases and improve the quality or emergency care. By sharing the emergency nursing experience in this case, the authors hope it will benefit nursing staff faced with similar cases.
