摘要

皮肌炎爲自體免疫疾病的一種，病因及病理機制仍不明確，目前的治療仍以類固醇爲主。因皮肌炎與其他自體結締組織免疫疾病有諸多異同，臨床上不易分辨，且目前國內書藉期刊所提供的資訊有限，因此，藉由本文說明皮肌炎的流行病學、致病機制及分類、診斷、臨床表徵、治療及護理，使護理人員有進一步的瞭解，方可適時提供護理介入措施，以提升護理專業照顧能力，進而使病患獲得最佳的醫療照護。

Dermatomyositis is one kind of systematic autoimmune diseases. The etiology and pathogenic mechanisms are still unknown. Corticosterodis are the main drugs for treatment of dermatomyositis today. Due to some overlapping clinical features between dermatomyositis and other connective tissue diseases, it may be difficult to diagnose people with dermatomyosits. Meanwhile, there were limited information about dematomyositis in Taiwan's journals and publications. This article was to review epidemiology, pathophysiology, classification, diagnosis, treatment, and nursing care of the Dermatomyositis. It is aiming at promoting nursing knowledge, providing nursing intervention properly, improving nursing professional ability and giving patients the best medical-mursing care.
