Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a chronic disease of the central nervous system, which predominantly affects young female during their most productive years. Suffering from suddent attack of neural symptoms causes progressive loss of strong mobility impact. The purpose of this article was to report a nursing experience of caring a patient with multiple sclerosis. The author collected data by interviewing, observing and active listening. By employing the framework of Gordon’s functional evaluation, the author concluded four nursing diagnosis: (1)ineffective airway clearance (2) impaired physical mobility (3) ineffective individual coping (4)high risk of infection. Through the nursing process the patient was relieved from the disease discomfort and her quality of life was promoted.
