認識實證護理：健康服務研究執行促進模式
Evidence-Based Nursing: Promoting Action on Research Implementation in Health Service Framework
摘要
西方國家已倡導實證護理多年，但至今在推行上仍遭遇諸多困難，主要的阻礙因素為護理人員缺乏對實證護理的認識及執行技能，無法將實證護理在臨床工作中加以運用及推廣。護理學者已發展數個模式以協助護理人員推行實證實務，本文將介紹「健康服務研究執行促進模式」(PARIHS framework)。

Nurses have advocated for implementating of evidence-based nursing for many years in western world, but have faced obstacles and struggled with implementing evidence-based practice in clinical settings. The major barriers in implementing evidence-based nursing are nurses' lack of the knowledge and skills in evidence-based nursing. Actually a number of models have been developed to guide nurses in implementing evidence-based practice in clinical settings. This article introduces the PARIHS framework (Promoting Action on Research Implementation in Health Services).
