照顧一位肺結核患者呼吸道隔離之護理經驗

摘要

肺結核直至今日，仍是威脅全球人類生命最可怕的傳染病之一。感染肺結核的患者在生理及心理上都受到極大的考驗，本文是描述一位肺結核患者住院過程，個案因疾病的限制採取隔離措施所引發的護理問題。筆者於護理期間以身體檢查、會談、觀察方式收集相關資料，個案因為疾病的進展而使得在生理方面有體溫過高、營養不均衡／少於身體所需之健康問題，又因隔離造成心理方面出現焦慮和社交隔離的健康問題。筆者利用個別性及連續性的照護，並以主動關懷、有效的溝通和提供相關衛教訊息等方式，協助個案解決以上所有健康問題。期望此篇報告可作為護理人員照顧肺結核患者之參考。

Tuberculosis is still one of the most frightened contagious in the world. It threatens the lives of human beings. The tuberculosis patients are facing extreme sufferings both in physiology and psychology. This study aims to understand the relevant nursing problems that caused in hospitalization due to illness limitation and isolation treatment. Related information was collected by physical assessment, interview, observation, etc. Because of the illness the patient would have fever, dystrophy and other health problems. And due to the isolation treatment the patient had anxiety reaction and felt social contact segregation. Individual and continuing nursing was applied by active concern and effective communication. Relevant hygienic knowledge was also provided in order to help patients solve the health problems easily. The study can be taken as reference for nursing staffs taking care of the tuberculosis patients.
