照顧一位遺傳性非瘜肉症大腸癌患者身心適應的護理經驗
Nursing Experience of Physical-Psychosocial Adaptation of a Patient with Hereditary Non-Polyposis Colon Cancer
摘要
本文敘述一位遺傳性非瘜肉症大腸癌病人面臨中年期對工作、家庭充滿憧憬與期望，卻發現疾病進展迅速導致身心適應不良的護理經驗。筆者利用羅氏適應模式藉由會談、觀察、身體評估完成資料收集，運用同理心，適時的護理指導，發現個案有：潛在危險性無力感、睡眠型態紊亂、角色扮演改變等問題及要行化學治療而需相關的護理指導。整個治療過程中兼顧個案與家屬的需要，藉由家庭、親友、宗教信仰發展良好的支持系統，讓個案勇於接受疾病的衝擊，進而適應未來，獲得身、心、靈的滿足。

This case reports on a patient with hereditary non-polyposis colon cancer who faces physical and psychological maladjustment. Roy's adaptation model was used to collect data for the health assessment of this patient. Nursing interventions focused on the risk of powerlessness, the presence of a disturbed sleep pattern, role performance difficulties and a lack of patient knowledge about chemotherapy, which was linked to accepting this treatment. During the treatment process, the patient and her family were considered together as part of the care plan and a supportive system was developed through her family, relatives and religion. This was able to help her accept the disease, adapt herself to the future and obtain satisfaction with her body, mind and spirit.
