摘要

本文在探討護理人員在面臨護理給藥資訊化初期過程中，造成接受度差異之影響因素。研究樣本以台灣某區域教學醫院已參與護理給藥作業資訊化研究計畫且於臨床施行該系統之單位，分內外科34人。資料收集採問卷方式，其專家效度內容效度指標(index of content validity, CVI)大於.80，並以描述性（個數、百分比）及推論性（卡方、費許）統計來分析。研究結果呈現，『單位性質』及『年資』會影響該院護理人員資訊化之接受度。研究中初步分析之結果將提供日後該院在處理資訊化過程接受度問題之參考指標。

The purpose of this research was to find the factors which affect the variation of nurses' acceptance to the pre-stage of computerized processes of nursing medication administration information system. We chose a regional teaching hospital in northern Taiwan that had already participated in the nursing medication administration information system project and is currently on clinical trials as our research site, with 34 nursing staff from both medical and surgical nurse departments as sampling matrix. Data were collected from the structure questoonniar, and the results were verified via expert validity with index of content validity larger than .80. These collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics method (number, percentage) and the inferential statistics method (Pearson chi square, Fisher). The results indicated that ”department traits” and ”seniority” greatly affected the acceptance of nurses toward informatization processes. The findings of this research provided evidence and guidance in solving the future informatization acceptance obstacles in the medical establishment of our research.
