摘要

本文描述一位男性外籍婚姻，因婚姻問題而衍生家庭暴力問題。筆者利用會談、傾聽、身體評估、電話訪談收集資料，確立個案問題有：無效性因應能力、恐懼、潛在危險性感染。筆者運用Watson關懷理論提供適切的護理，透過主動自我介紹，安排隱密、安全的環境，建立良好護病關係，以真誠的態度接納個案的想法及負面的情緒，鼓勵表達心中感受及情緒宣洩，減輕心中恐懼，讓個案產生新的想法及重新審視緊張的婚姻關係，並提供家暴相關社會資源，使個案懂得運用社會資源獲得協助及諮商服務，增加因應能力，進而改善家庭暴力與婚姻關係。

This article described an interracial marriage where the male spouse suffered from domestic violence. The author used methods of interviewing, listening, physical assessment, and telephone interview to collect data, and confirmed the nursing problems to be: ineffective coping, fear, and risk for infection. Appropriate nursing care were applied in accordance to Watson's caring theory. The author focused on nursing priority by initiating self-introduction, and arranging a private and secure environment to establish a good therapeutic relationship. Through interviewing, the patient expressed his feeling, which in turn reduced the fear. Also, the author generated new ideas for the patient and re-examining the strained marriages, offering social resources to aid the patient in understanding the utility of community resources for assistance, and counseling services to help him to gain ability to cope domestic violence and marital relations.
