針藥結合治療轉移性乳癌患者放化療後頸部緊痛病例報告

Acupuncture Combined with Decoction Treats Neck Tightness after Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy of Breast Cancer patient: a Case Report

摘要

本病例為54歲女性病患，於2012年9月發現左側乳癌伴隨淋巴轉移(invasiveductal carcinoma)，隨後又發現多處骨轉移，接受放、化療及荷爾蒙治療後狀況未改善，且左側頸部緊繃感嚴重，故由西醫轉介至中醫門診治療，來診時因經過化學治療白血球、紅血球、血色素均低，頸部僵硬緊繃轉動不利，且左頸部側面有一腫塊觸之石硬，伴隨倦怠乏力，時自汗出，食慾減低等症。針灸治療半年後頸部僵緊疼痛消失；針灸與中藥結合治療1年後，化療中白血球及紅血球仍可維持正常值，且血色素亦升高，患者自覺精神與體力有長足的進步；追蹤斷層掃描頸部腫塊持續縮小，乳房腫塊明顯縮小，無肺及肝轉移。

This is a 54-year-old women, who was diagnosed with left breast invasive ductal carcinoma stage IV. Lymph node and multiple bone metastasis was noted. However, CEA and CA-153 levels did not decrease after chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Neck pain and tightness also bother her. According to above, she was referred to our OPD for help. At first, WBC, Hb levels were low. Her neck was tight with limited ROM and there was a hard mass on left neck. Fatigue, sweating, and poor appetite were also noted. After having acupuncture therapy for 6 month, her neck pain and tightness disappeared. After 1 year, WBC count could be in the normal range even in the chemotherapy, and Hb level was also increased. She felt fatigue decrease, CT showed the mass on neck and breast were smaller than before, and there were no lung and bone metastasis.
