整合穴位參數建構智能型雷射針灸儀

摘要


目的:在人體穴位中,因身體脂肪厚度不一且穴位深度因身高而有所差異,雷射針灸光功率衰減後,使治療效果降低,爰此我們希望能了解各組織及深度對於光功率衰減之情形,並根據結果設計一套能自動控制各穴位所需光功率之系統。方法: 以假體實驗模擬肌肉及脂肪組織,了解不同組織厚度下光功率衰減程度,並以假體實驗之結果為基礎建立一套能整合由選取之身高(<160公分、160~180公分及>180公分三組)、BMI值(<24、24~30、>30三組)以及穴位這三項參數自行調整最佳輸出功率之智能型雷射針灸儀。最後再以假體實驗驗證此系統之輸出功率準確性。結果:實驗結果顯示在相同厚度下,脂肪組織的光功率衰減程度最大(衰減系數2.85),其次為脂肪、肌肉組織混和(衰減系數2.62),而肌肉組織為三種組別中光功率衰減程度最少的(衰減系數2.49)。在驗證系統輸出功率進行之假體實驗顯示,經由身高、BMI值及穴位三個參數進行判斷後所輸出之光功率經由不同厚度之假體衰減後得到之功率值最大為5.9mW,最小為5.0mW。結論:相同厚度的脂肪組織確實較肌肉組織有更高之光功率衰減,爰此設計一套整合穴位參數建構智能型雷射針灸系統,該系統在假體實驗中能在不同參數條件下於穴位深處有至少5mW之光功率值,對此結果期望能對針灸治療有更好的效果。

Objective: The power generated from a laser acupuncture system is attenuated corresponding to the skin thickness of a human body. The aim of this study was to develop an intelligent laser acupuncture system with adjustable power output depending on the attenuation coefficients of tissues, such as different tissue types and the tissue thickness, to improve the therapeutic effectiveness of acupuncture Methods: We used phantom to grasp the power of laser light attenuation level of tissues, which was simulated to the different kinds of tissues. From the phantom simulation results, we developed an intelligent laser acupuncture system with adjustable power output depending on the stature(<160cm、160~180cm and>180cm) and the level of BMI(<24、24~30、>30). Finally, we used phantom to verified power output of the laser system. Results: The phantom simulation results were shown that the levels of laser power attenuation in fat phantom (attenuation coefficient = 2.85) was highest in comparison to those in the combination phantom of fat and muscle (attenuation coefficient = 2.62) and in muscle phantom (attenuation coefficient: 2.49). An intelligent laser acupuncture system can adjust power output depending on the stature and the level of BMI. The power was approximate to 5mW after attenuated by all different tissue types and the tissue thickness. Conclusions: Taken together, the attenuation levels of laser power were different in fat and muscle tissues, suggesting that a laser acupuncture system with adjustable and customize power outputs should be developed for acupuncture therapy.
