眼針治療低眼壓性青光眼視野缺損一例

此患者是一58歲男性，因外傷後導致低眼壓性青光眼，雙眼視力模糊，右眼眼角餘光變窄，視野缺損等，經眼科檢查治療三個月後無明顯改善，故患者進一步求診中醫眼針針灸。後經中醫眼針治療一週三次，持續三個月後，再經眼科檢查。客觀檢查右眼視力範圍進步，治療後黑色受損區域縮小，黃斑皺褶改善；主觀上患者自述視覺亮度變清晰視野範圍增廣。青光眼目前仍為臨床上難治療疾病，視神經萎縮甚至被認為是不可逆的疾病，本病例是以中醫搭配西醫共同治療模式得到良好成效，中西眼科結合治療必將是未來發展趨勢，以此病例供醫界做為治療參考。

This patient is a 58-year-old male who has Low-tension glaucoma, bilateral, and puckering of macula, left eye due to trauma. Blurred vision in both eyes and visual field defects were noted. After three months of treatment by ophthalmologist, there is no significant improvement. Therefore, the patient asked Chinese medicine eye acupuncture for help. After the treatment of TCM eye acupuncture, both eye sight and vision field were improved. Objectively, through the examination, visual field in right eye 6%→11%，mean deviation:28.14dB→26.23dB。Subjectively, according to the patient's self-report, his visual became brighter and more clear. Glaucoma is still difficult to treat clinically, this result showed that TCM acupuncture could offer and effective treatment for this disease. Perhaps Chinese medicine and Western medicine can work together to manage a better treatment for patients.
