花蓮港長週期波動之觀測研究

A Study of Long Period Wave Observation around Hualien Port

摘要


爲瞭解花蓮港長週期振動成分,本文以取樣頻率2Hz連續紀錄15000秒的方式,在花蓮港內及鹽寮漁港進行水位的觀測,並利用數值濾波方式分離水位資料的時間序列,結果發現花蓮港水域除了一般重力波外,在常時波浪中還存在有週期1000秒以上的波動。而西元2005年瑪莎颱風期間,港內介於100秒至500秒間的波動能量有明顯增加情形。此結果顯示延長觀測取樣時間有助於瞭解一個港灣的波動成分,同時由於觀測結果與過去的研究多針對港灣的自然共振週期,或亞重力波範圍的想法不同,本觀測結果可提供未來對花蓮港進行現場調查、水工模型試驗以及數值模擬等的參考。

In order to fulfill the information about long period oscillation in Hualien Port, this study had extended the sampling interval from conventional 1200 seconds to 15000 seconds with 2 Hz sampling rate for the synchronous wave measurements in both Yen-Liao fishery port and Hualien Port. By using the digital filter analysis and FFT, the waves are found, in time domain and frequency domain, to contain the component waves with periods longer than 1000 seconds in ordinary waves, and the wave energies between wave periods of 100 seconds and 500 seconds were strongly increase. The results show that extending sampling interval is helpful for collecting the wave information in a harbor, and the results also lead to a new possibility about the mechanism of harbor resonance in Hualien Port.
