摘要

本文應用MCDM模型來分析台灣六個大型購物中心的智慧型建築物系統，並且評價系統智力程度，進而得到排名。本文參考了Wong等多位學者文章，提出智慧型建築物系統評估架構。並且使用MCDM法評估排序與改善台灣大型購物中心智慧型建築物系統。藉由此研究，決定大型購物商場智能建築系統的智能屬性和評估模型。評選結果，將提供未來台灣購物中心智慧型建築物系統興建的依據。

This paper describes that to use AHP analyze the intelligent building system of six large-scale shopping malls in Taiwan, and evaluate the system intelligence, then obtains a sorting. This paper has referred Wong, Li and Lai's paper, proposed the frame and appraisal of the intelligent building system. And use MCDM mode to sort the rankings and improvements for of large-scale shopping malls in Taiwan. MCDM mode is employed, to decide the intelligent attribute related importance and evaluating about the intelligent building system of large-scale shopping malls. Through this method is a not only probe the appraisal of large-scale shopping malls in Taiwan, but also consider the operation benefit by the intelligent building system.
