應用DANP之多準則決策模式探討資訊化專案管理系統的影響關聯與重要度

摘要

專案管理是一門兼具理論與實務性質的顯學，從全球產業界調查、政府標案、職場訓練、學術教育可以見其顯著性，原因於面對市場競爭激烈，企業資源有限且時求創新，然而專案管理能優化資源與時問且提升創造嚴謹產品水準，進而帶動企業整體創新競爭力。基礎專案管理教育訓練課程，主要培訓人才的專案管理共同性語言，以銜接日後專案執行之所需，目前針對專案管理基礎教育訓練課程，可分爲方法論、系統工具及實務經驗，特別是前兩類教育訓練課程開設情況較爲顯著，實務上應用專案管理硬技能正隨著時代特性朝向資訊化。本研究藉由不同領域的專案經理人實務經驗，應用多準則決策(MCDM)架構的DEMATEL Based ANP(DANP)模式瞭解資訊化專案管理系統因素問影響關聯性及重要程度。研究結果得知專案管理方法論爲專案管理資訊系統與專案管理資訊化教育訓練的主要因子，若專案管理資訊系統功能若能讓專案人員接受度越高越能提升系統操作訓練與方法論教育訓練的成效。而且在資訊化專案管理系統中專案管理資訊化教育最爲重要。

Project management is a combination of theory and practical nature of the subject. From a global industry survey, the government tendered, workplace training, academic education can be reflected in its significant, because in the face of fierce market competition, enterprise and innovation with limited resources and time, but project management that optimize resources and time to create and promote strict products level, in order to stimulate innovation and overall competitiveness of enterprises. Basic project management training courses, mainly for project management training common language to integrate the necessary future project execution, the current basic education for project management training courses can be divided into methodology, system tools and practical experience, especially in the first two types of training courses at the more significant, while the practical application of project management skills are also hard towards information technology with the characteristics of the times. This study applies multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) framework DEMATEL Based ANP (DANP) model to explore the information technology project management system factors affect the correlation between the extent and importance through project managers in different areas with practical experience. The results showed that the project management methodology for the project management information systems and project management of information technology education and training of key factors, and project management of information technology-based education and training of the highest importance, that is, information technology project management education is most important.
