運動賽會志工招募之研究－以2009年臺北聽障奧林匹克運動會賽會志工運作爲例

舉辦國際性運動賽會之效益是廣泛多元的，也是拓展國際的外交舞台，更是行銷舉辦城市的最佳策略；一場運動賽會需要龐大的人力資源投入服務工作，而志工更是支撐賽會的重要人力資源。為瞭解國家未來申辦國際運動賽會於體育志工的人力資源與管理，本研究針對2009年臺北聽障奧林匹克運動會在賽會服務志工的需求與招募方面作為研究標的。研究中發現參與對象於性別方面以女性佔76%，高於男性的24%；年齡方面以19~25歲及26~35歲分別為35.8%及28.8%居多；在職業別方面以學生36.7%居多、其次依序為商、軍公教、家管、退休人士；居住地域方面以臺北市42.3%居多、其次為大臺北地區38.8%、非大臺北地區18.8%；期望工作類別方面以一般服務71%為多數；志工學歷方面以大學校院佔72.9%；招募資訊來源方面以來自親朋好友34.8%居多、其次依序為學校師長17.6%、社群團體12.8%、網站12.4%、媒體3.8%。本研究將可提供我國體育志工的人力資源管理以及招募和未來的教育訓練、組織運用、領導策略作參考。
