Because of advances in current technology and insufficient space for activities, people tend to lead a sedentary lifestyle that causes a lack of physical activities. In recent years the Education Bureau has actively promoted physical fitness and folk sports, and integrated them into school physical education. Rope skipping can be fun, is easy to learn, do not require high costs, and are not limited by sites. Therefore, adding rope skipping to physical education can facilitate an individual's muscle and skeletal development and improve cardiovascular endurance, instant power, and body composition. Competitive sports also often use rope skipping to assist sport training. This study introduces basic rope skipping movements and their application in teaching. The objective is to give physical education teacher another sport application item in their physical education design. This can also enable coaches to strengthen athlete's diverse physical abilities and improve their sport performance.
