張仲景《金匱要略》篇章架構重新釐定

根據東漢．張仲景所著《金匿要略》〈臟肺經絡先後病脈證第一〉與〈五藏風寒積聚病脈證并治第十一〉兩篇章原文所論述臟腑疾病與人體反應部位，重新釐定〈金匿要略〉篇章架構，結論如下：上卷：論述「陽病」，以人體「背側」為主，由上而下依序為「頭、項、脊、腰、手臂、雙腳」六區來重新歸類篇章的聯繫關係。中卷：論述「陰病」，以人體「腹側」為主，由上而下依序為「頭咽部、胸腔部、腹腔部、少腹部」四區，並結合疾病「咽痛、咳、上氣、喘、心痛、咳、腸鳴、脹滿、拘急」九種型態來重新歸類篇章的聯繫關係。下卷：論述婦人與雜療。

According to the clauses of the 'Chapter I: On Pulse, Symptom Complex and Transmission of Diseases of the Viscera, Bowels, Channels and Collaterals' and 'Chapter XI: On Pulse, Symptom Complex and Treatment of Accumulation of Pathogenic Wind and Cold in the Five Viscera' in ＂Synopsis of Golden Chamber＂ writted by Zhang zhongjing, that discussed the visceral disease and the disease reflected in specific parts of the body. We can redefinite the architecture and chapter of the ＂Synopsis of Golden Chamber＂. The main conclusions and perspectives of this paper are as follows: The first volume: discoussion of ＂Yang disease＂ in humans, based on ＂backside＂, included ＂head, neck, vertebra, waist, arms and legs＂ six zone, to reclassifie the relationships of chapters. The second volume discussion of ＂Yin disease＂ in humans, based on ＂ventral＂, included ＂head-throat department, chest department, abdominal department, lower abdomen＂ four zone, that combined with nine kinds of disease patterns of ＂sore throat, cough, inspiratory dyspnea, asthma, heart pain, hiccup, bowel irritation, abdominal fullness, spasm＂, to reclassifie the relationship of chapters. The end Volume: woman's diseases and miscellaneous treatments were discussed.
