2.在台灣政治官僚組織和宗教團體的互動方式爲何？與中國大陸有何不同？
3.從1990年以來，兩岸媽祖廟團體如何互動、接觸並建立關係？
4.兩岸媽祖團體接觸過程中，政治官僚組織是阻礙的主要因素？
5.在台灣政治官僚組織以國家安全理由限制大陸媽祖廟團體來台？
6.政治官僚組織運用法律及影響力干預兩岸媽祖團體親密往來？
