建構數位化學習的教育環境

Construction of the Educational Environment for E-Learning

摘要


我們的社會正朝向知識社會改變。在知識社會中,知識工作者要如何自我學習,快速的培養自身的能力與素養,決定了知識工作者的競爭力。科技發展改變了學習的環境、學習的目標以及學習的方法。無所不在的學習環境正在建構,新的學習模式不斷的出現。網路將這個世界串聯起來,也將網路上的學習社群串聯起來,這些都將衝擊我們目前的教育環境。如何透過科技協助學習者學習,將是一個社會是否能夠跨入知識社會的重要指標。各國政府及研究單位正努力研發如何建置應用科技於學習的基礎架構,以及推行各類型的學習專案。在本篇文章中,作者透過幾個討論項目,包含網路及硬體、共同服務平台、數位內容及應用程式、學習社群管理、學習活動、學習歷程建立及管理、理論及研發、維運及管理人才培育等,來描述一個數位化學習環境的基礎需求。數位化學習的教育環境主要仍用於服務學習社群,文章中也討論如何結合實體與虛擬的學習社群。並於最後以數位學習國家型計畫書中的「數位學習網路科學園區」分項計畫內容,作為提供整體建構數位化學習的教育環境來總結。

Our society is heading toward an intellectual society. As a result, the top competition for knowledgeable workers is: ”How to cultivate their attainment within the shortest time?” The development of technology changes the environments, the goals and the ways of learning, ubiquitous learning surrounding is establishing and new modes of learning appear unceasingly. Network connects the whole world as well as those learning-groups on the net. How to assist learners through advanced science and technology, will be the major norm for leading to an intellectual society. Governments and research organizations from different countries are deliberating the basic structure for learning by the use of sciences and technology, and trying to carry out different kinds of specialized projects of learning. In this column, the author describes the fundamental requirement for the e-learning environment via several topics, such as network & hardware, platform for shared service, digital content & applied formula, learning-groups' management, learning activities, establishment & management for learning process, theory & research, personnel training for operation and management. However, the main goal for construction of the educational environment for e-learning is to provide services to the learning-groups'. Therefore, the way to combine actual & virtual learning groups is also discussed in this column. At the end of this column, the construction of ”Network Science Park for e-Learning” from the National Science and Technology program for e-learning, was provided to conclude the establishment for e-learning educational environment.
