摘要

本文主要針對國際志願組織跨國網絡的重要領導者－IAVE，研究其在國際志工社會的角色及重要性，並分析其對我國投資國際社會資本所產生的作用及影響。志工行動為社會資本之重要來源，對於志工行動的促進與網絡連結有助於社會資本之積累作用。加強與國際志工網絡社會重要領導者IAVE的互動合作關係，可同時增加我國在國際及本土的社會資本之儲備效用，以促進臺灣建立與國際社會的資源互惠交流管道、連結聯合國有關志工活動組織的有效途徑，以及確立並鞏固我國在國際公民社會的平等地位。

This paper analyzes the role and importance of the leading international volunteer networking organization-the International Association for Volunteer Effort (IAVE)-and its influence on Taiwan's investment in international social capital. Given that volunteering is a key source of social capital, the promotion of volunteering and networking can contribute to the accumulation of social capital. By encouraging a reciprocal and cooperative relationship between Taiwan and IAVE, Taiwan can increase its store of social capital worldwide and at home, establish a link between UN associated organizations, and build and consolidate an equitable status for Taiwan in international civil society.
