摘要

『企業資源規劃』與『流程再造』為90年代相當重要的議題，企業為提昇本身競爭力，紛紛採用上述兩種方法，但往往卻無法發揮全部的功效，因此，企業必須在知識管理平台上，進行「企業內電子流程再造」。現今企業為因應e化的趨勢，導入許多相關的軟體進行輔助，但企業體的資源有限，該如何以有限的資源配合輔助管理軟體進行運作，這對於企業來說，是相當關鍵的部分。此外，隨著系統的導入，企業經營面臨內部與外部環境不斷變動的壓力，如何做好變革管理成為企業能否成功導入新型態的經營管理模式的重要因素，同時，企業也必須不斷調整企業流程，以因應環境的變化。
現今有許多提昇企業競爭力相關軟體與技術，但技術本身並不能代表改造的全部，而是要全方面的考量導入的關鍵因素。有鑑於此，本研究透過問卷調查法、人員深度訪談法、文獻探討法與個案研究等方法，深入探討企業導入ERP流程再造與員工抗拒企業變革管理之關鍵因素以及企業變革所面臨之問題等，本研究所得結果將可作為國內導入ERP企業之參考。

This era, E-Business comes into vogue, but with it, a controversial issue – the failure of successful Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Process Reengineering (ERP) implementation. At the same time, Change Management (CM) turns into a way for enterprise competition. The primary focus of this study is to analyze Change Management (CM) implementation based on ERP implementation for business resource, and to examine the empirical evidence to date, in particular by examining survey research to understand the results between BPR and CM implementation.
