有效管理組織知識已成為廿一世紀知識經濟時代企業提昇競爭力與競爭優勢的重要關鍵,而知識管理歷程的主要核心,在於藉由各相關組織成員的共同參與與交流,將企業的各項知識,透過網際網路及相關資訊科技所形成的環境,達成各種知識的學習、建構、應用、散播、甚而是創新的境界。知識管理涵蓋「技術面」和「管理面」的問題,技術面的問題包含資訊科技/資訊系統(IT/IS)的應用,例如:知識庫與資料搜尋技術的應用;管理面的問題則包括營運策略之制訂、組織抗拒、組織變革以及員工認知等問題,這兩個層面的問題若能有效掌握,知識管理的發展也才能夠成功。本研究首先說明知識之意義,接著說明知識轉化和知識管理的意義與內涵,最後並提出策略性知識管理整合架構和知識管理發展模式。本研究所提出之策略知識管理整合架構可做為實務界推行知識管理之重要參考,後續研究者亦可運用此架構做為發展實證研究之理論基礎。
”Managing the organizational knowledge” has been identified as one of the important factors to improve competitive advantages in the knowledge economic era. The core of knowledge management aims to help organizational members accumulating, creating, applying, sharing and distributing their knowledge by the help of internet and information technology. Knowledge management covers two perspectives of problems including technical and managerial problems. Technical problems refer to information technology and information systems applications such as data searching technology and knowledge base applications. Furthermore, managerial problems refer to the organizational issues such as the executive strategies, organizational change and stakeholders’ perceptions. To implement knowledge management successfully, above two perspectives of problems must be handled effectively. In this study, we review and analyze the literatures related to knowledge management, and then we propose an integrated framework for strategic knowledge management. This paper provides a valuable reference for business managers or strategic planners who are initiating or conducting knowledge management activities in the e-business era, and for researchers interested in knowledge management.
