摘要

在不同的夥伴依賴關係下（買方依賴或賣方依賴情況下）資訊科技資源對供應鏈流程整合能力會產生不同影響。因此本研究首先欲瞭解資訊科技資源對供應鏈流程整合能力是否有正向影響，並將更進一步探討夥伴依賴關係是否會對該關係產生調節效果。研究結果顯示：一、「資訊科技整合能力」及「資訊科技人力資源」對「供應鏈流程整合能力」具有正向影響。二、「夥伴依賴關係」對於「資訊科技資源」及「供應鏈流程整合能力」關係間具有調節作用的影響。

Information technology (IT) resources will have different influences on supply chain process integration under different buyer-supplier dependence; therefore, the study would like to understand that the relationship between IT resource and supply chain process integration. Furthermore, the moderating effect between the relationship was also validated. The result showed that IT integrated capability and IT human resources have a positive effect on supply chain process integration. Also, the buyer-supplier dependence actually plays the key moderating role between IT human resources and supply chain process integration.
