排灣族文化創業者社會資本鞏固之探討

摘要

本研究將社會資本理論以「地位強度、社會網絡」兩個向度概念進行分析，並以屏東縣太姆地區排灣族之琉璃珠工藝坊創業主為對象進行研究，探討社會資本對於創業之作用，再以「圍區」概念分別對應整合其內涵。研究中以以深度訪談為主，參與觀察、文件內容分析以及其它研究參考文獻的資料為輔，以獲得靜態與動態，不同時間點以及不同來源的資料。研究結果顯示，參與本研究的四位琉璃珠工藝工坊創業者，烏穆表現出來是一位英雄式的產業開創者角色，只是他的開創性似乎僅專注於個人功蹟的「技術」面向，他的社會資本方面的運作與成就則顯得「圍區」取向，同時，我們看到馬蒂與柏姍兩位創業主，表現出對於以自身為同心圓招聚強調「地位強度」與「社會網絡」性質之社會資本；相對的，姑姜其實是四位創業主當中，社會資本之「地位強度」相對薄弱者，她同樣依循以自身為同心圓招聚「社會網絡」作為創業基礎之模式。

This research analyzes with 'status, social network' of the theory concept of the social capital. The research object is an entrepreneur of Paiwanese Glass-Beads craft industry of Pingtung City, and the purpose is to probe into social capital function on enterprise and combining the content with 'Enclave'. This research regards in-depth interview as the main method, the assist data is participate in observing and other research references, in order to obtain the data of different time and different source. The result shows the Wu-Mu demonstrates the hero type role. He is only absorbed in performance of the individual skill. Operation and achievement of Social Capital of him seem 'enclave' orientation. Ma-Di and Bo-Shan demonstrates that taking oneself as concentric circles and emphasizes the social capital of 'status' and 'social network'.
