摘要

本文是從行為修正的觀點，說明行為修正策略在透析病患發生腎性骨病變之運用模式。內容就腎性骨病變之盛行率及治療現況作一簡介，並針對此問題之致病成因與病患自我照護限制作文獻回顧。本文的重點在介紹行為修正策略於主護護理照護模式之運用，並說明認知重建、自我監測及刺激控制於腎性骨病變之臨床實務作業方式，以為照護腎性骨病變相關行為問題之參考。

This article addresses the behavior strategies for the renal osteodystrophy in dialysis patients through the viewpoint of behavior modification. Literature review is conducted to explore the prevalence of osteodystrophy, current treatments, the impact factors, and the limitations of patient self care. The purpose of this article is to introduce the behavior modification strategies on nursing primary care. Moreover, study findings of cognitive restructuring, self-monitoring, and stimulus control can be applied on the clinical practice.
