一位血液透析個案罹患膀胱癌手術後之護理經驗
The Bladder Cancer Post Operation Nursing Experience of the Hemodialysis Patient

The article examines the application of the “Typology of Gordon Eleven Functional Health Patterns.” The nursing diagnosis found the patient’s nutrition altered: less then body requirements, activity intolerance, constipation and powerlessness. This patient was provided with nutrition absorption education assistance, post operation activity, constipation obsession and overcoming depression to assist this patient in overtaking the powerlessness in life and increase the life quality of the patient.
