These issues have been well addressed in the Russian Federation president's annual messages regarding directives for the use of force and other troops to the Federal Assembly, annual consultative speeches of military organizations and units, and any other documents related to safeguarding the Russian Federation's military security.Second, military strategy of the new Russian military doctrine appears more realistic and more adaptable to the safe guarding state safety of Russia. In order to maintain the internal stability of the state, and to create conditions for economic development, nuclear capability will retain its importance as a credible deterance for national security.
