美容業創業理論分析之探討

Investigating the Analysis of Establishing the Beauty Business Theory

摘要


企業創業過程中包含一連串活動、功能試驗、行動之程序,其目的在於建立企組織以追求認知的機會(Bygrave and Hofer, 1991),而這一連串的活動,包含企業將特有放資源加以整合,以及將開發的程序加以規格化,最後産生可能性的結果,這些結果如:新事業、新產品、新服務、新程序、新市場及新技術(Morris, 1998)。 近年來台灣美容界呈現快速的發展,消費者對美容業從業人員專業素養之要求亦因應而提高。美容的技職教育亦形重要並促使教育單位投入大量設備及人力,以提升學生之專業素養。因此之故美容業從業者可透過學校正規教育及短期美容教育補習班之方式,提升其學歷及專業之素養。

Starting an enterprise must have a series of procedures of activities, functional tests and operations. The purpose of the procedures is to establish the organization of an enterprise and to pursuit the opportunities of cognition (By grave and Hofer, 1991). The series of activities include to integrate the applicable resources for a particular enterprise and to standardize the procedures of the operations in order to achieve the result of establishing a new business. These results have included the new business, new products, new services, new operating procedures, new markets and new technologies. (Morris, 1998) Recently, the beauty business has been developing vigorously in the markets of Taiwan. Consumers have been increasing the requirements for the professional training of the employees in the beauty business. Therefore, the school training programs in the beauty fields have become more important and have caused the schools in investing a large amount of equipments and manpower to improve the fundamental educational programs. The employees of the beauty businesses can learn their professional skills in school or in a short training program in cram school and obtain their diploma and license.
