女性SPA美容從業人員職場壓力與壓力反應之關聯研究

Study on the Correlation of Workplace Stress and Stress Reaction for Female SPA Cosmetology Employees

摘要


本研究旨在透過相關研究法,瞭解女性SPA美容從業人員職場壓力現況。探討SPA美容從業人員的工作壓力來源、壓力反應以及背景變項間的關聯研究,研究對象為女性SPA美容從業人員,透過問卷進行調查後進行分析。 研究分析結果發現:月收入越高者人際疏離與人際紛爭越嚴重;上班時數天數越多,職場角色定位越明確;服務客人量越多,憂鬱情緒及過勞狀況越高。探討壓力來源的三個向度,以及壓力反應三向度間的關聯性發現,工作本身壓力中的工作負荷與壓力反應中的憂鬱情緒、過勞狀況、健康狀況皆達達統計上的顯著正相關。在人際疏離紛爭及組織支持管理向度則與壓力反應未達統計上相關。顯示,女性SPA從業人員最大的壓力來源來自工作的負荷量,進一步分析發現,工作負荷量與角色定位明確、人力資源管理壓力達統計上的相關。而壓力反應中的憂鬱情緒、過勞狀況、健康狀況三者亦彼此互達統計正相關,顯示當出現任一種壓力反應,另兩種壓力反應可能會伴隨出現。 由於本研究係初步探討美容Spa從業人員壓力來源及壓力反應的關聯分析,未來建議進一步研究工作壓力、壓力反應及健康促進活動細部執行方案,進而提供Spa美容企業機構管理部門做為健康促進推動依據與改進方向,以創造更健康的工作場所。

Through related research methods, the purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of workplace stress for female SPA cosmetology employees. The correlation between the sources of work stress, stress reactions, and background factors are discussed. The research targeted female SPA cosmetology employees, and the result analysis was conducted after the questionnaire survey. The analysis results shows that 1) the higher the monthly income, the severer the interpersonal distance and interpersonal conflict; 2) the greater the number of workdays, the more definite the workplace role and position; 3) the more customers served, the more serious the conditions of depression and burnout. Through the discussion of the correlation between the three dimensions of stress sources and the three dimensions of stress reactions, it is found that workload is positively correlated with depression, burnout, and other health conditions. This result demonstrates that the greatest source of stress for female SPA employees is workload. Further analysis shows that workload is statistically correlated to the clarity of role and position, and to human resources management stress. Moreover, the stress reactions of depression, burnout, and health conditions are positively correlated to each other; this shows that when one stress reaction is present, the other two reactions are likely to follow along. This study is an initial discussion of the stress source, stress reaction, and their correlation analysis of SPA cosmetology employees. In the future, it is recommended to further study work stress, stress reaction, and health promotion activities, and their detail implementation programs, so as to provide SPA cosmetology companies and their management departments with basis for health promotion and direction for improvement, in order to create healthier workplaces.
