複方精油運用於異位性皮膚炎治療之個案研究

Study on the Clinical Trial and Mechanism of Compound Essential Oil in Atopic Dermatitis

摘要

成人的異位性皮膚炎是皮膚疾病中較難痊癒且容易復發之慢性皮膚病，本研究採用複方調配按摩精油，（6%（v/v）濃度松紅梅與4%（v/v）羅馬洋甘菊），塗抹患者患部，早晚各一次為期二個月。測試結果顯示，本複方按摩油可有效改善皮膚苔癬化之狀況，觀察皮膚外觀狀況，顯示患部皮膚新生狀況自第三星期後有明顯的改善，二個月後患部苔癬化已消失，皮膚新生狀況良好，其主要原因應為松紅梅內含三萜類化合物與倍半萜烯、酮類化合物與羅馬洋甘菊內含之酯類之可有效改善並促進皮膚底層膠原再生改善皮膚角質層含水減緩皮膚持續發炎等症狀。

Atopic dermatitis is a skin disease that difficult to heal and easy to relapse of chronic skin diseases. In this study, using blended massage oil compound (6% (v/v) concentration of lose Plum and 4% (v/v) Roman Chamomile), smear on the affected area in each time day and night about two months. Test results, the compound massage oil can improve the condition of the skin lichenification. Observe the appearance of the skin condition show newborn affected skin condition has improved significantly since the third week. After two months affected lichenification has disappeared, newborn skin in good condition. The main reason is Song Hongmei within Triterpenoids and Sesquiterpene Ketones and Roman Chamomile within Esters can effectively improve the underlying collagen and promote skin regeneration and stratum corneum of the skin to improve skin moisture mitigation sustained inflammation and other symptoms.
