The purpose of the study is to discuss in-service teachers' implementations on the different aspects of professional ethics and difference situation. According to the professional ethics, the implementations of professional ethics of teachers in early childhood education include four areas, the relationships between teacher with young children, family members, colleagues, and society. This study investigates the influence on the professional ethics from three different aspects: education degree, teaching experience and have or have not taken professional ethics courses. This research adopts convenient sample, 90 in-service teachers in the institute of technology were choose as participants. We used an open-ended questionnaire as research instrument. We found that the person who have teaching experience and taken professional ethics course present the difference in professional ethics of early childhood education. In additions, the administrative unit should pay attention to and improve the professional ethics in the school. Besides, some recommendations were suggested to facilitate institutions related to this issue.
