In aging society, the more population of the elderly we have, the more education they need, which not only helps redefine their roles and duties but also makes them age successfully. The purpose of this study is to examine the possibility of the elderly recurrent education provided by the Institute of Technology. In this study, the possible difficulties are analyzed and the suggestions are discussed. The suggestions for school include having professional manpower in the administration, offering flexible entrance qualification, designing multiple courses, teaching materials and teaching environment according to the characteristics of elderly learners.
