摘要

本文提出一個交流感應馬達空間向量波寬調變(Space vector pulse width modulation, SVPWM)IC之設計，可利用此控制IC驅動一個三相反流器以控制三相交流感應馬達之轉速。其內部架構包含五部份，分別為：三角波產生器、d-q電壓命令產生查值表、空間向量波寬調變變頻器開關點火時間計算產生器、比較器及開關死鎖時間產生器，此五部分之電路設計是以VHDL語言來實現。設計後並在Simulink、ModelSim和PSIM的共同模擬環境下，建立此交流感應馬達d-q模型以進行模擬驗證。最後下載到一個Altera Flex 10K FPGA邏輯元件進行實驗，模擬與實驗結果顯示此控制IC的可行性。

This paper presents the design of a space vector pulse-width modulation (Space vector pulse width modulation, SVPWM) IC, which is intended for controlling the rotational speed of three-phase AC induction motor via a three-phase inverter. The architecture of the control IC consists of five major parts: a counter to produce triangular wave, a d-q voltage command look-up table, a space vector pulse-width modulation firing time interval generator, a comparator, and a switching dead-time generator. All these five parts are realized using VHDL language. The d-q model of an AC induction motor has also been established under the cosimulation environment constructed using Simulink, ModelSim and PSIM. Finally, the designed control IC circuit has been implemented on an Altera Flex 10K FPGA logic device. Some simulation and experimental results are provided to verify the feasibility of the proposed control IC.
