結合AHP與VIKORRUG模式評選線上拍賣網站
A Novel Hybrid Model Combined with AHP and VIKORRUG for Evaluating Online Auction Websites

In order to efficiently assess online auction websites from participant's view, in this study we propose a novel hybrid model combined with AHP and VIKORRUG. Fist of all, we build a hierarchy of criteria based on ICDT theory and expert interviews, which includes 4 dimensions and 19 criteria. Secondly, we employ AHP technique to obtain the weights of dimensions and criteria. Last, we adopt VIKORRUG method to evaluate individual alternatives and identify their advantages. As a result, we rank these anonym online auction websites and recommend some suggestions.
